Terms of Service

You must provide accurate information when creating an account and are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials. You must be at least 18 years old to use ChairHop.

ChairHop is a marketplace that connects independent stylists with clients. ChairHop is not a party to the agreements between stylists and clients and does not provide hair, beauty, or personal-care services.

You agree not to misuse the platform, including by posting false information, harassing other users, attempting to circumvent fees, or interfering with the operation of the service.

You retain ownership of content you submit and grant ChairHop a worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, display, and distribute that content as needed to operate the service.

We may suspend or terminate your access to ChairHop at any time for violations of these terms or for any other reason, with or without notice.

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, ChairHop is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Quebec, Canada. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Montreal.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of ChairHop after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
